Yorktown Heights Commercial Building and Cleanup

The Before Photo in this corridor of a commercial firm in Yorktown Heights shows insulation and ceiling tiles on the tiled floor. The roof was damaged along with the rain-soaked ceiling and wall, which called for controlled demolition. SERVPRO attempts to salvage and not replace building materials and contents whenever possible; this was not. We can dispose of the non-salvageable building elements according to OSHA and EPA codes and prepared the damaged area for a build back. The After Photo shows a cleaned floor, removed vinyl molding, and wood studs ready for the owner to drywall and repaint.
